5D4N Deep Jungle Trek
A private 5D4N jungle trek deep in Gunung Leuser National Park. Spot orangutans, build shelters, hunt food, and sleep under the stars far away from the crowd.
Day1

We begin our 5D4N Deep jungle trek in Bukit Lawang at 9 am after breakfast. Our 5-7 hour trek into Gunung Leuser National Park will feature sightings of wildlife like gibbons, leaf monkeys, longtail and pigtail macaques, flying squirrels, Sumatran peacocks, hornbills, and of course orangutans.
Our guide will also teach us about medicinal plants and their practical uses. In the afternoon we head towards our campsite for rest, a hot drink, and a refreshing bath in a clean stream. We end the day with a candle light dinner and an overnight stay in the jungle camp.
Day2
DEEP JUNGLE TREK

Today we venture beyond the paved jungle around Bukit Lawang, crossing the Berkail jungle river into the deep jungle – devoid of trails, humans, and signals. This is the animal kingdom in its wildest form. And because wild animals are shy and elusive, each sighting becomes even more magical.
This area is outside the territorial expertise of Bukit Lawang jungle guides. From here on, the tour leader is an ex-poacher that lived for years in the deep jungle. Now they use their deep jungle expertise to share its wonders and promote conservation.
Enhance your survival skills by fishing with handmade gear, building shelters, identifying edible fruits, and finding clean water alongside our staff.
Day3
DEEP JUNGLE TREK

Waking up in a primary rainforest is magical, with the sounds of birds and excited gibbons filling the fresh morning air.
We embark on another full day of deep jungle adventure, hoping to spot wild Sumatran elephants or even tiger tracks. The unpredictability of the wild ensures a unique experience, far from the hustle and bustle.
In this untouched environment, we can immerse ourselves in pure nature, clear our minds of distractions, and appreciate the beauty of simplicity and Mother Earth.
In the afternoon, we’ll find a strategic spot to build our shelter, rest, have fun, and share the joy of a hot meal together.
Day4
DEEP JUNGLE TREK

Jungle trekking & Tube rafting

For the final time, we savor a jungle breakfast in Gunung Leuser National Park. We have the option for one more morning jungle trek before making our way back to Bukit Lawang.
Our tube rafts will be ready for an exciting adventure on the jungle river. Alternatively, we can return by foot, depending on our preference and the river conditions
